A: No, we are not able to offer that kind of support.
Q: What happened to AMS Tech, EPS Technology, Trogon & Chicony?
A: AMS Tech, EPS Technology and Trogon all lost the battle and are no more.
Chicony has left the laptop manufacturing business and is presently manufacturing keyboards.
Q: Now what will happen for support of my Chicony laptop?
A: We're hoping to fill in with as much support as possible.
Q: Why do you use Paypal for your purchase options?
A: We're still a very small business and the cost to support credit card sales directly is too expensive.
