Laptop Parts

We will refund orders placed for items that we can not supply, but we are not responsible for out of stock and no longer stocked item problems or shipping delays caused by  orders placed using cached pages that are not the lastest published pages. Always refresh your browser before ordering!

Please be sure to go directly to www.orphanlaptops.com and never use search engine cached pages when ordering.

Items that are backordered will ship when they are in stock - delays may be several weeks for some items.

If we are closed for vacation we always remove all parts pages from our website until we reopen for business. If you place an order from a cached page during our vacation then please be aware that your order will NOT be shipped until after our return.

PLEASE READ

To reduce the number of parts page, we have placed all parts for the various reseller brands on the ODM (Taiwanese maker) parts page that is the same as your laptop's model. Unless a part is listed as fitting only one brand, then parts shown for the ODM model will fit all brands that sold that ODM model.

If you follow the links from your own laptop brand and model to the ODM support page you will find a link to the parts page for your model's parts that we stock. Back ordered items are items that we carry, but are out of stock at present. Often those back-ordered parts will be back in stock in less than a few days. But svsilsbility of some items on back-order are controlled by the ODM's parts supply system here in the USA and often we are out of stock until an item arrives from the far-east.

If you are searching for replacement parts please start with the laptop support page for your laptop brand. If are not sure that we support your laptop brand then please e-mail us. Often your brand of laptop was made by a large Taiwan laptop company that sells nearly the same laptop to many other laptop resellers, few well known laptop brands are really manufacturered in house. Most brands purchase laptops made to spec. or even purchase "white-box" (generic) laptops and add just a logo and final configuration items. This is a very common practice. Even the custom -made models often use components that are shared with generic models and so keyboardsand other items, at a much lower price, can be located to bypass expensive OEM service department only items.
