NX6000 Series

Smart D&M Technology, Co. Ltd. apparently went out of the laptop business in the year 2000. They may be completely out of business or perhaps merged with some unknown company. Their web site is not on the internet and so information is very sketchy.

The NX6000 series was also sold as the AMS Tech Rodeo 7600 series, models 7620 & 7630 and they pop up every once and awhile on the internet auction web sites. They appear to be very nice machines and all seem to have had DVD drives as standard equipment. I do not know if other brands also sold these machines or if they were directly marketed in the USA or other countries.

If anyone has more knowledge regarding the NX6000 laptops or knows of a source of spare parts, please e-mail me.
